2000 October 27, Friday - Congressman Jim Kolbe will address the Fulbright Association of Arizona in the Auditorium of the Center for Creative Photography on the University of Arizona campus at 4 pm. The title of Representative Kolbe's talk is "Foreign Affairs: A View from Capitol Hill."
