He was a Fulbright Scholar to Macedonia and Greece from February to June 2002. While working in nearby Thessaloniki, Greece, as part of the Fulbright experience he met Alexandra, the sister/sister-in-law of a Macedonian-Greek couple, long-time friends of his from Skopje. They married soon thereafter and currently Alexandra works at ASU's Hayden Library and will soon finish a master of library science degree from the University of Arizona   Jere.Humphreys@asu.edu
